Check silkscreen over untented VIAs

To avoid silkscreen over untented VIAs use a design rule to check the clearance from the silkscreen to the soldermask openings.

Example: Use a design rule check to catch this silkscreen printed over VIAs. 

Example rule:


Where first object matches:

(IsText OR IsTrack OR IsArc OR IsFill) 

Where second object matches: 

OnTopSolderMask Or OnBottomSolderMask  

Note: I used a 3 mil clearance because be soldermask expansion on this design was 4 mil, this gave me a 7 mil clearance to the exposed copper pads of the vias.
